- We need to raise $100,000 annually to continue to develop leaders in Missouri
- This will allow expansion of programming and staffing
- The demand for capable, articulate, enthusiastic leaders will increase
- ALOT must be poised to help new generations develop their potential leadership

- Invest in ALOT (consider a multi-year pledge)
- Sponsor a meal or hotel rooms for class session
- Make in-kind donations of food, lodging, equipment, supplies, transportation
