ALOT is a two-year leadership program, attracting Missouri adults from across the state, representing rural and urban areas, full-time farmers and agribusiness, media, financial representatives and more.

Agriculture’s greatest resources are those individuals with the leadership to responsibly and creatively influence the future. As the United States and foreign markets become increasingly dependent on each other, farmers, growers, and agriculturally-oriented professionals must be familiar with the process of national and international trade.

ALOT could easily stand for Agricultural Leaders of Today as many class members are already in leadership roles in their communities, businesses and affiliated associations. ALOT provides these leaders with the resources they need to reach the next level in their leadership journey.
